Men's Counseling

Today's difficulties can foster tomorrow’s strength.

Much of my practice revolves around men’s personal, mental health, and addiction issues including personal growth.  Self-esteem, relational skills, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, parenting, sexual addiction, and stress management are common issues prompting men to seek guidance with a male therapist.

Many men find it difficult to meet and find a companion or mate; others find it difficult to maintain a healthy relationship. Some men find they lose themselves in these relationships.  Many men find themselves or their partners acting in ways that often prevent the intimacy they seek. Many of us tend to pick the same woman over and over again as if we are powerless in our own lives. Our socialization is often at the root of what prevents us from finding and keeping the lives we want. Working on these and other issues can create long term lasting change releasing us from these old scripts and freeing us to live authentic and rich lives.ion is the beginning of change.

Change and personal growth can begin sooner than you think.
